Scooter Rider Hospitalized After Being Hit by Car in Carolina Beach, NC | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A man from Wilmington, North Carolina (NC), remains hospitalized in critical condition after being hit by a car on Lake Park Boulevard in Carolina Beach. The injured victim was riding a scooter just after 11 pm on July 20, 2012, when, according to police, a car made a left-hand turn in front of him. No charges have yet been filed.
