The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Accidents involving large commercial trucks are often more dangerous and more deadly due to the size and weight of the truck and its cargo. Filing claims or lawsuits for injuries caused by truck wrecks can be challenging because the company that employed the truck driver may also be partially at fault in the accident. Our North Carolina truck accident attorneys have handled numerous cases like this one and are experienced in dealing with multiple defendants and insurance companies.
