St. Albans, WV Car Crash Sends Four People to Hospital | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Four people were seriously hurt in a three car crash that occurred in St. Albans, West Virginia (WV). A driver was on Route 60, heading east and was preparing to make a turn onto at Austin Drive when the car was rear-ended by another vehicle. The impact sent the vehicle into the westbound lane where it was hit by another oncoming vehicle.

According to WSAZ Channel 3, the vehicle that caused the rear-end accident was following too closely, though police have not issued any citations as of the date of this posting.

The car accident caused injuries to four people, with one victim being airlifted to the hospital. The investigation into the multivehicle wreck is ongoing, and citations may be issued in the future.
