The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

As Virginia personal injury attorneys we have represented many bikers hit by distracted, drunk, impatient or inattentive drivers. Police have not yet announced who was at fault in the recentaccident, but the precise cause is less important than the sad result. Injuries like those sustained by the motorcyclists can be very painful and require significant time and medical attention to recover from. Given the vulnerability of motorcyclists, all drivers should be extra vigilant in watching for and yielding to motorcycles when out on the state’s roadways.
