Three Locomotive Engineers Die in VIA Rail Accident Near Toronto

In his newest post to our personal injury law firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro reports on a Canadian passenger train derailment that killed two engineers and a trainee. At least nearly 45 passengers and crew members were also badly injured.
