Tornado Survivors at Risk for Developing PTSD | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our firm’s Norfolk Injuryboard blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro notes that people who suffered injuries, lost friends and family members, and had homes destroyed in the tornadoes that tore through states from Oklahoma (OK) to Alabama (AL), as well as North Carolina (NC) and Virginia (VA), during April 2011 are also at risk for developing post-traumatic stress disorder. Rick also lists resources for people seeking information on and counseling for PTSD.
