North Carolina Personal Injury Lawyer Perspective:

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in this incident. We also should keep in mind that it is important to be patient when we are dealing with slower vehicles in front of us on the road. Accidents and injuries could be avoided. Also, we all should remember to always use turn signals.

A personal injury lawyer consultation could be useful in this case. If the driver of the truck is found to be at fault, a personal injury suit on the behalf of the scooter driver could be in order.
