It is always scary hearing about a tractor-trailer accident because of the significant amount of weight the trucks carry. The victims should contact a personal injury attorney to discuss their legal options. My Virginia truck crash victims’ attorneys and I understand how complicated an accident can be when a tractor-trailer is involved. For example, we represented a client who got seriously injured when a car was hit by a MACK truck with a trailer and water tank. Our client’s leg was broken in two places, she suffered from depression as a result of the crash, and she was not able to return to her old job. The case went all the way to trial and we were able to secure a $650,000 jury verdict for our client.
