The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

Unless someone has experienced the loss of a child, one cannot imagine the pain and grief it causes. This unfortunate family lost two children at the same time in a car crash that probably would have been avoided if the intoxicated woman had not tried to drive. If the families of these young women are friends, the parents of the victims may be hesitant to file a claim on their daughters’ behalf. But they will most likely be entitled to compensation for their tragic loss.
