Motorcyclist Seriously Injured When Hit by SUV in Chesapeake, VA | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

A Chesapeake, Virginia (VA), woman has been charged with causing a July 2011 accident that sent a motorcycle rider to the hospital, according to the Virginian-Pilot. The motorcyclist suffered multiple injuries and needed to have a leg amputated after being struck by the woman’s SUV when she failed to yield right on Mount Pleasant Road.
