A woman, age 23, died after a pickup truck overturned in the 400 block of Glen Haven Drive in Suffolk, Virginia (VA), according to The Virginian-Pilot. The driver was heading west on Glen Haven about 1:40 am on a Sunday.
Reports indicate the driver of a Chevrolet truck was coming out of a curve when the driver lost control, and hit a culvert at the end of a ditch. The truck flipped over twice, resting upside down. The passenger, thrown from the truck, died after she was taken to a hospital. The driver was also reported injured.
The exact details of what caused the driver to lose control remained under investigation.
