The car's driver and one motorcycle rider were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. The other rider was treated at the scene. It appears that all three motorcyclists were traveling together and were from Texas.

Car and motorcycle collisions that cause injuries or deaths are always traumatic. Having an accident in a state one is just visting can be even more so. It can be difficult to know where to go or who to call. As a general rule, personal injury lawsuits are filed in the state in which the accident occurred. In this case, the injured parties would need to find an experienced Virginia motorcycle accident attorney to handle any claims.

Likewise, the family of the deceased victim would also need to contact a Virginia wrongful death attorney to discuss any legal action.
