Virginia Man Loses Life to Tractor-Trailer While Removing Semi From Previous Accident

The owner of a towing company and was helping to remove an overturned semi on Virginia 130 in Amherst County, Virginia (VA), when he was struck and killed by another tractor-trailer.

According to WSLS-10, the wrecker operator was standing by one of his trucks when another semi-truck hit him, causing fatal injuries. The at-fault tractor-trailer driver will most likely be charged in connection with the accident after the investigation is complete.

My thoughts are with the family of the man whose life ended tragically and needlessly.
