West Virginia Car-Bike Crash Injures Young Girl

Comments (0)
In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia Brain/Head Injury Lawyers blog site, my colleague Randy Appleton reports on a car accident in Teays Valley, West Virginia (VA), that sent an 11-year-old bike rider to a hospital with injuries. Randy notes that the child’s father rather than the at-fault driver, has been charged in connection with the crash, in part because he allowed the girl to ride her bicycle while not wearing a helmet.
