West Virginia (WV) Suit Points to Problems With Proving Corporate Liability

Comments (0)
A lawsuit filed in West Virginia by a widow whose husband died after his Suzuki Boulevard motorcycle ran off a highway and hit a guardrail prompted my colleague John C. to consider the difficulties of establishing product liability in his latest post to the Virginia Beach Injuryboard. [URL to come] John notes that companies will usually attempt to shift responsibility back on their products' users. He also writes that while making the case that a company has produced a defective or dangerous product that caused a serious injury or death, the effort can often prove worthwhile.
