Woman Charged With DWI Following Wreck on I-440 in Raleigh, NC | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Another serious Raleigh, North Carolina (NC), traffic accident is being blamed on a drunk driver. The predawn SUV rollover wreck on I-440 near Six Forks Road sent three to the hospital with injuries and appears to have occurred after the driver began arguing with her passengers.

Authorities do not believe speed was a contributing factor, and they have charged the at-fault driver with having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, driving with a revoked license and committing a safe movement violation.
