The Virginia Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspective

Wrong-way crashes often occur at night, when drowsy, drunk or drugged drivers are easily confused. That’s what makes this crash so strange. A sunny summer Friday afternoon turned deadly in the blink of an eye. We’ll have to wait until the official crash report is released to know why the tow truck driver crossed the median. In the meantime, the victim’s family should consult with a Virginia wrongful death attorney to weigh their options.
