Negligent Driver Injures Mother and Baby, Settled

A young student mom was injured when a negligent driver lost control of his vehicle and hit her car on the interstate highway in Virginia Beach, VA going 55 mph.

The collision caused my client’s car to spin around violently right on the interstate. Imagine how scary that must have been. To make matter’s worse; our client’s 9-month-old son was in the back seat in a car seat. Luckily, he was not hurt very badly.

The client mom had a number of serious injuries and we were able to settle her case for $18,000. The insurance company initially offered a low-ball settlement, but Emily Brannon successfully argued that a jury would find our client very credible especially since she had her young baby in the vehicle at the time of the wreck.
