Mopeds have become a common form of transportation among the streets of towns such as Kitty Hawk, Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Mopeds are a great economical and fun form of transportation. They are easy to maneuver and operate on the congested summer streets in the Outer Banks.
