Attorney Discusses Hours-of-Services Regulations

My colleague John C. wrote about the Hours-of-Service regulations for truck drivers and how they are commonly ignored by commercial trucking companies. A possible reason for this neglect is the incentives are for truck drivers to stay on the road as long as possible (since they get paid by the number of miles they drive).
