My colleague Rick Shapiro wrote an article in the May 2010 edition of Injuryboard Magazine. The article examines the allegations made by a former Toyota defense attorney that the car company intentionally hid documents, memos, and test results from the public regarding the durability and strength of their roof structures on certain car models. This is important since people died in Toyota rollover car accidents where the strength of the roof structures was called into question and may have played a role in these tragic wrecks.
