Asbestos dust at invisible levels can cause disease and very low exposure levels. People who have worked summer jobs using asbestos products and spouse's who laundered the work clothes of their husbands have been know to contract the disease.
Most asbestos related diseases develop at least 20 years from first exposure and are best treated if detected early.
