Teen's Brain Injury at Virginia Tech Basketball Camps Prompts $2.5M VA Personal Injury Lawsuit | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

Inadequate facilities and a lack of supervision at a baseketball camp at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, contributed to the severe head personal injury sustained by a camper during a 2009 game. At least that’s the claim made in a Virginia personal injury lawsuit brought by injury attorneys representing Gary Schuler, the father of Austin Schuler, a teenager who was injured in 2009, the Roanoke Times reports.
