$2M Verdict for BSNF Engineer With Herniated Discs | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our Carolina law firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyers Blog, my colleague John C. writes about a case in which an engineer for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway received a $2 million verdict. The engineer’s untreatable and potentially debilitating back injury after falling while operating one of the railroad’s locomotives. John notes that BNSF did many things to deny its liability and retaliate against the injured engineer before and during the trial.
