What Happened:

A terrible five car accident occurred in Fayette County, West Virginia (WV) which led to the death of a woman and serious personal injuries.

The crash occurred on Route 60 near Lavista and was initiated when the driver of a Chevy Tahoe attempted to pass another car. The Tahoe then slammed head-on into a Chevy Impala, according to wsaz.com.

Two other cars crashed into the wrecked vehicles.

A woman who was a passenger in the back seat of one of the vehicles was killed. The driver of the Impala suffered serious injuries and is currently in critical condition.

The West Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The victim’s loved ones should consider speaking with a West Virginia personal injury lawyer to consider their legal options. Based on the facts available, it appears as though the Tahoe was not operated properly and initiated this awful accident. If the Tahoe was operated negligently, it could provide grounds for a claim against the driver’s insurance policy.
