Crash With Tractor-Trailer Kills Bike Rider in Raleigh, NC | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

An accident at the intersection of Louisburg and Perry Creek roads in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC), between unloaded logging truck and a bicycle took the life of 49-year-old Steven Jordan. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured in the crash, but he has been charged with failing to slow down to avoid hitting the bike rider and with misdemeanor death by vehicle.
