The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The victims should speak to a North Carolina personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. They may have grounds to pursue restitution from the school. Under the legal doctrine of respondeat superior, a victim can seek damages from a negligent worker’s employer. In this scenario, it could be possible to seek damages from the school rather than just a claim against the bus driver.
