The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective

Our deepest sympathies go out to the victim’s family. It’s always frustrating to read about fatal accidents where the victim is young and had their whole lives ahead of them.

In a case such as this with limited information, we do not yet know which driver was at fault. Despite the facts of the case not being clear, as of the date of this posting, the family of the victim should consider speaking to a Virginia personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. Victims of car crashes at Virginia intersections may be entitled to compensation and wrecks involving a loss of life may provide grounds for a family to pursue a wrongful death claim.
