A car was driving on Chicken Road at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, when it struck a military vehicle. The driver of the car died, and his passenger had minor injuries.
The Fort Bragg spokesperson stated that the car was headed east on Chicken Road when it slammed into a Caiman Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle, which was entering the roadway from the post’s Range 52.
Army medics provided immediate medical assistance, but the driver had already died.
