North Carolina Personal Injury Attorney Perspective:

This horrible accident is a grim reminder of how important it is to slow down when road conditions are poor. If the road is wet or there is limited visibility, we should drive slower, or terrible accidents can result. All it takes is a car to hydroplane for a few seconds for tragedy to unfold.

The families of those involved in this tragic wreck may wish to consult with an attorney to determine if there is a possible civil case to be filed. Depending upon who is at fault, there is a chance that financial compensation is in order for one or more of the victims in the accident. An experienced personal injury lawyer will be able to determine the civil suit possibilities in this case. Our hearts go out to the victims’ families.
