In his latest post to our firm’s VA-NC Medical Surgery Malpractice Blog, my colleague Jim Lewis reports on a legal victory for a Florida (FL) woman who became paralyzed due to the negligence of three doctors who ignored her cries for help and missed what should have been a simple diagnosis of an injection-related injury and infection. Jim also notes that juror misconduct had aided the defendant physicians in winning an initial victory in court before they were ordered to face a second civil trial.
