The Virginia Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspective

As Virginia personal injury and wrongful death attorneys, we have represented dozens of victims of crashes between motorcycles and larger vehicles. In nearly every case, the driver of the car or truck who caused the wreck has said, in one way or the other, “I never saw the bike.”

Drivers have to constantly watch for motorcyclists. This is especially true on rural, winding roads and when making left turn across lanes of oncoming traffic. The accident in Frederick County just west of Winchester, VA, illustrates the worst that can happen when drivers fail to share the road safely with bikers.
