Communications Breakdown Eyed as Cause of Collision Involving Three CSX Trains | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

The wreck occurred near Valparaiso, Indiana (IN), on January 7, 2011, and two CSX employees sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment.
