Communications Breakdown Eyed as Cause of Collision Involving Three CSX Trains | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our Virginia personal injury law firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog, my colleague reports on a three-train accident involving a rear-end collision, derailment and fire involving toxic substances. The wreck occurred near Valparaiso, Indiana (IN), on January 7, 2011, and two CSX employees sustained injuries requiring hospital treatment.
