Crash With Derailed Coal Car Leaves CSX Train Crew Members Injured | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog, my colleague Randy Appleton reports on a CSX train crash in Indiana that sent two of the railroad corporation’s employees to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. Randy notes that the Easter Sunday 2012 wreck is at least the second serious collision involving CSX trains in the Hoosier State this year.
