Crossing Collision With Big Rig Injures Amtrak Engineer | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our firm’s Railroad Accident/FELA Lawyer Blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro reports on a crash between an Amtrak train and a large commercial truck that left the engineer with a back injury and also required two passengers to seek medical attention. The collision occurred when the big rig failed to completely clear tracks at a grade crossing before stopping at a stop sign.
