When parents put their children on the school bus each morning, they are entrusting the safety of loved ones to the bus driver. When that trust is broken and children are injured, parents should strongly consider contacting a personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. Since the bus driver was charged with violating a traffic regulation, it strengthens a potential civil case focused on whether the bus driver was negligent in causing the children’s injuries.
