In his latest post to our firm’s VA All Serious Injuries blog, my colleague Rick Shapiro reports on lack of research tools for passengers on the safety of discount bus lines. In May 2011, SkyExpress bus swerved off northbound Interstate 95 in Virginia, killing four people and injuring over fifty. Rick notes that besides death, serious injuries like brain and spinal cord injuries may result from a bus accident.
