Police were attempting to stop a car for a traffic violation when the flagged-down driver hit two other vehicles head-on on Cox Road in Concord, North Carolina (NC). According to WCNC, the at-fault driver died and two people in the struck vehicles suffered injuries and needed to be taken to Carolinas Medical Center.
