In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia personal injury attorneys’ website, my colleague John C. reports on lack of safety on discount bus lines. In June 2011, a Mr. Ho Charter Service bus hit a tractor-trailer, killing the bus driver and injuring two dozen passengers. John notes that besides death, serious injuries like brain and spinal cord injuries may result from a bus accident.
