The South Carolina Wrongful Death Lawyers’ Perspectiv

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family of the victim. It is a tragic event for the community as well as the family.  The at-fault driver’s terrible decision to drive under the influence has robbed this family of many wonderful memories.  The family may have a wrongful death claim against the driver and his insurance company. Although we know there is no monetary amount that can replace their loved one, it is possible to get compensation for funeral and burial expenses, loss of support and loss of future income to help support those who were left behind.
