DUI Leads to Fatal Motorcycle Crash

A fatal motorcycle crash in Greensboro, NC may have been caused by a drunk driver, according to city police.

Officers stated yesterday that a man was riding his motorcycle on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro when he was hit by a car that was turning left in front of him.

The motorcyclist died at a local hospital.

Police stated that alcohol was likely a factor in the fatal crash, and charges are pending.

Alcohol is far too often a factor in many car and motorcycle crashes, and in our personal injury law firm, we work hard to see that drunk drivers receive the justice they deserve. In our legal practice, we never defend drunk drivers – we only sue them. Anyone whose loved one has been injured or killed by a drunk driver in Virginia can rely on us to represent them in a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit.

In any DUI case we take on, we always look at the unique circumstances in the case. Our goal in each case is to seek out all possible sources of insurance to help the client receive the maximum amount possible. We will try to obtain compensation for accident related expenses and losses, medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering and scars. In some cases, we may also seek punitive damages.

Our recent record of settlements shows how seriously we take DUI cases – we successfully settled a DUI case for an undisclosed amount involving a nine year-old child. We always do our very best to represent the legal rights of innocent victims of drunk drivers.

Sincerely,
