ER Visits for Kids’ Concussions Soar | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

In his latest post to our firm’s Virginia Brain/Head Injury Lawyers blog site, my colleague John C. wrote that he is both encouraged and worried by a new report showing U.S. children are increasingly receiving emergency room treatments for concussions. John knows it is a positive trend for parents, coaches and doctors to treat blows to the head as serious health problems, but he is discouraged to learn how many kids are suffering a form of mild traumatic brain injury.
