Tragically this was the case for a father who was struck while on Interstate 95 South in Chesterfield County, Virginia (VA) while changing a tire. The man died at the scene of the accident in full view of his two children. There are no words to describe the memory that those poor children will have to live with the rest of their lives and they will have to do so without their father. Our thoughts go out to them as well as the family who will have to try and pick up the pieces after the wrongful death of their loved one.
