The Virginia Wrongful Death Attorney’s Perspective:

Chain reaction crashes like this one can be incredibly dangerous. Thankfully, no one was killed in the wreck. Still, the driver who set off the chain should be held responsible for not passing safely. The victims injured in the crash shoud consult with a North Carolina injury attorney soon to consider all their options. Chain reaction car wrecks are one of the worst types of car accidents to be involved in. Not only is the damage far greater than if two cars were involved in a fender-bender, but these crashes usually put multiple lives at risk for serious injury or death.
