Franklin County School Bus Accident Results in Multiple Injuries

What Happened:

Five people suffered injuries when a pickup truck slammed into a school bus in Franklin County, Virginia (VA). The accident occurred on 220 North, which is south of the town of Rocky Mount, according to wset.com.

Reports indicate that the pickup truck couldn't stop in time as the school bus was picking up a student. The pickup truck wound up  rear ending the school bus and debris from the collision hit the student who was waiting to get on the bus. Three students and the bus driver suffered injuries.

The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The injured bus driver and the parents of the injured students should speak to a Virginia personal injury lawyer to discuss their legal options. It appears from the facts available that the truck driver may have negligently operated their vehicle causing this awful accident.
