Greensboro Accident Leads to Multiple Injuries | Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp

What Happened:

When you change lanes, be cautious. That is likely to be the moral of the serious accident that occurred in Greensboro, North Carolina (NC). The wreck involved three cars and a tractor-trailer.

The driver of a Nissan Altima was traveling on West Wendover Avenue when the driver tried to switch lanes and wound up hitting a semi-truck that was in that lane. The Altima spun out of control and wound up hitting a Dodge Charger. The Charger then hit a Ford Mustang.

At least three people had to be taken to the hospital, according to digtriad.com.

The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The injured victims in the semi-truck, Charger, and Mustang should get in touch with a North Carolina personal injury lawyer to determine their legal options. The facts indicate that the driver of the Altima may have been negligent in changing lanes and initiated this multi-vehicle wreck. This means the injured victims in the other vehicles could have grounds to pursue restitution through a personal injury claim.
