The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

There are a myriad of unanswered questions related to this tragic hit and run accident. Unfortunately, this is quite common for these types of accidents. There’s usually a victim, or family members of a victim, who have to pick up the pieces of their lives after a preventable incident.

This is why it’s important to consult with an attorney after a hit and run wreck. An attorney can help with sorting through the paperwork and taking the necessary steps to pursue restitution through the underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage of your insurance policy.
