The North Carolina Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The driver that allegedly caused this multi-car crash was charged with running a red light. While a charge like this is not necessary for the victims to file a civil lawsuit, it will most likely help their cause if they do. This particular accident appears fairly straightforward, but multiple-car accidents can become a confusing mess of insurance companies and differing viewpoints. A North Carolina car accident attorney can help gather evidence, keep facts straight, and make sure any necessary claims or lawsuits are filed against the proper companies or individuals while the victims are recovering.
