The Virginia Injury Lawyers Perspective:

We hope all who were injured make a complete recovery. As experienced personal injury lawyers, it frustrates us greatly to see someone injured due to the carelessness and negligence of someone else.  Those passengers who were injured in this accident will likely have ample grounds to file a personal injury claim.  They are entitled to recover monetary compensation for their pain and suffering, as well as reimbursement for any medical bills and time lost form work due to their injuries.
