The Virginia Injury Lawyer’s Perspective:

The driver of the pickup truck appears to have been driving recklessly through a field and caused the truck to overturn, killing one of his passengers and injuring another. The parents of the victim who died should speak with a Virginia wrongful death attorney as soon as they can to discuss their legal options. The fact that the driver is facing multiple criminal charges does not preclude the parents and surviving family of the James City teen can initiate a civil claim.
